Niobium body brooch & pendant

The design comes from the same ‘Symbiosis collection’ looking for the relationship between the human body, society and nature. For this brooch design, the main elements are a pair of breasts made from niobium set on silver and a silver sculptured belly & hip. These reflect on thinking of appearance anxiety that has become more common since people link to the rest of world by social media.

The two parts can be worn together as a whole, and they also can wear individually as abrooch, and a pendant for necklace. This relates a common problem about appearance anxiety. Women are objectified victims of violence who cannot have peace. The design tries to let people think want is true value for individuals, to love their own body shapes, to value their uniqueness, and not rely on conformation from society and social media.
