Niobium body earrings

The earring is from Xin’s collection Symbiosis draws on the pervasive issue of appearance anxiety, interrogating the relationship between the individual and societal expectations. Through the deconstruction and reassembly of human forms and fashion elements, the work questions the necessity of conformity while celebrating self-affirmation and inner calm.

The earrings are formed from niobium and sterling silver. The earring size:27.5X21X5.8mm, they are light weight comfortable to wear for a longtime.  Chasing and repousse technique is used toform female body sculptures for niobium parts, coloured with anodizing into a rich purple pink,  then set into sterling silver back basic.  This  colour is ready-to- wear, it can be posted within 3 working days after your ordered. The earring can be made to order  with other colours (see our colour chart), but this needs to allow for around 10 working days for processing the items and sending them to Sheffield Allay Office for hallmarking before we send them out to you.
